Golden Sands Hotel & Residences Sharjah

The spacious room and generous breakfast made our stay at Golden Sands Hotel & Residence, Sharjah, especially comfortable. There was a good variety of food, served in a pleasant setting, and plenty of room to relax after a busy day. The staff were welcoming from beginning to end. Security Vignesh started the good service, and bell boy Anas helped bring it to a smooth finish. Mr.Vicky at reception was particularly attentive and made check-in easy and pleasant. His kindness really stood out. The hotel has a friendly atmosphere that suits both business and leisure trips. I would happily return.

When my mother suddenly became unwell because her sugar levels dropped, the team at Golden Sands Hotel & Residences, opposite Sahara Center, responded immediately. They arranged a room without delay, kept checking on her while I was away, and handled every request with patience and kindness. Mr. Vicky was especially proactive, humble, and caring during that stressful time. Before he took over, Mr S at reception also supported us, although I cannot remember his name. Their help gave my family real reassurance. The hotel itself was much better maintained inside than I expected from the outside. It was clean, organized, and comfortable, with professional staff throughout. Thank you, Golden Sands, for such a reassuring stay.

My stay at Golden Sands and Residence was extremely unpleasant. The room had visible dust everywhere, including approximately 3 centimeters beneath the bed, which would be especially uncomfortable and potentially unsafe for someone with dust allergies. It did not seem properly cleaned. We also found a roach in the kitchen area. I reported everything to Joanne, the manager. She apologized politely, but the room was still not cleaned properly and the pest problem was not dealt with during our stay. I have video proof of the room's condition. The security deposit has also not been returned, and no clear explanation was given. We caused no damage, so this is very concerning. Basic hygiene and fair deposit handling were both missing, and I would not recommend this property.

The stay at Golden Sands Hotel in Sharjah was comfortable and easy. Our room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location worked well for us. Check-in and check-out were both smooth, and the service overall was good. I enjoyed my visit and would stay here again.
