The beach was clean, the water was clear, and the place reminded me of a little Florida :). Rahim was especially helpful there. Inside, the hotel looks freshly renovated, and the food was delicious, with the desserts being the best part. Whatever we needed, the staff made sure we were happy. I was honestly surprised by how good the hotel turned out to be.

The hotel is in good condition and has nearly everything a family might need. It was a quiet, relaxing stay for us. Our cheerful room cleaner, Sohel, greeted us happily every morning, asked how we were doing, and checked what time would suit us for cleaning. He also brought free water. The room was cleaned superbly, even on days when it barely needed it. The staff were helpful and very polite.

Oksana, the Animation lady, brought so much energy to the stay. She led morning dances, organized pool games in the evening, and encouraged even shy guests to join without making anyone feel pressured. Whether you were a child or an adult, she wanted everyone to enjoy themselves. Breakfast was delicious, especially the beans, and the view was cool. Mr. Sajjad also kept our room perfectly clean and was an amazing guy. The first room was beside a hotel being demolished, but we were given another one as soon as we asked. After that, we had a great time.

Oksana made the stay much more fun with her activities. There was dancing in the mornings, a yoga mix in the evenings, relaxing back practices, afternoon darts, and games such as ping-pong, volleyball, and different table games. I enjoyed them a lot and really appreciated her effort. The housekeeping was great too. Abulkhayr cleaned well, tried hard, and was always happy to provide dental kits or anything else we needed.

The private beach has a lifeguard, and the location is good. I was also pleasantly surprised by the food, including the availability of vegan milk. My room was clean and the towels were too. Thanks, Shohag. I really enjoyed staying here.
