My stay at Time Ruby Hotel was comfortable and very pleasant. I’m particularly grateful to Mr. Haleem, whose attitude was kind, professional, and helpful. The reception and service were excellent, and I look forward to visiting again.

The hotel was good value, but the service made the stay stand out. Mahmoud at the front desk was absolutely exceptional and turned the experience into something extraordinary. We had a wonderful stay.

I’ve been at Time Ruby Hotel Apartments for nearly a year, and I’m still here, which probably says enough about the experience. It’s clean, comfortable, and the staff are consistently helpful. Mehmood at the front office is especially friendly, polite, and quick to assist, always making check-in and daily matters easier with a smile. The housekeeping team keeps everything tidy and responds politely when something is needed. My only suggestion is better pest control, since cockroaches sometimes appear. Apart from that, I’m very happy here.

The building is older, but it has been kept in very good condition through regular maintenance. The cleaning staff are attentive and efficient. Habid has been cleaning my room for the past few weeks and has done a particularly good job. Thank you.
