The rooms were spacious and clean, with a large closet and bathroom, and the AC issue we had was fixed quickly. The pools were also clean, and being able to park right outside the room was very convenient. The evening restaurant became quite crowded, although the food was very good. Since we visited in summer, the evening was balmy. Indoor dining isn’t really an option if you don’t want Shisha. There’s also an indoor multi-activity arcade with bowling, but each activity costs separately. The prices are reasonable for a group, and it’s useful during hot summer afternoons before going to the pool in the early evening. A good choice for families traveling together.

We spent New Year here with family and friends, and the stay was excellent from the food and rooms to the pool. The dishes were packed with flavor, and the whole place was suitable for a restful occasion. The staff deserve special mention. Fara, the housekeeping supervisor, and Syed, who served us at breakfast, were both excellent at their jobs and clearly took pride in them. They made us comfortable and gave us genuinely high-quality service. I travel frequently with my family, and this hotel’s team really understands hospitality.

This was our third visit to Palma Beach Resort, and we brought additional family members this time because the service has consistently been so good. Mr. Hasan, the Front Desk Manager, deserves special thanks for his friendly attitude, professionalism, and quick assistance. He made the stay comfortable, enjoyable, and free of stress. He’s a real asset to Palma Beach Resort, and we highly recommend it.

Mr. Hasan, the Front Desk Manager, made our stay especially comfortable through his kindness, professionalism, quick help, and attention to detail. He always welcomed us with a smile, treated us respectfully, and genuinely cared about making everything run smoothly. His support made the visit enjoyable and affordable. This is already our third stay, and we brought more relatives this time because of the trust and comfort he has consistently given us. His service is the main reason we continue returning. People like Mr. Hasan are a real asset to the hotel, and we appreciate all his efforts. We look forward to coming back and highly recommend the place.

The Deluxe King Pool View room was comfortable and had a lovely outlook, while the kind, attentive staff made us feel welcome throughout the stay. The food was delicious and offered plenty of variety, making every meal something to look forward to. My only concern was the breakfast hall. Cooking smells lingered there and stayed on our clothes afterward, so improving the ventilation would make the dining experience better. Even with that minor issue, the beautiful location in Umm al Quwain, good accommodation, quality food, and excellent service made this a wonderful getaway. I’d recommend Palma Beach Resort and Spa and would like to visit again.
