Charming 1-bed Cottage in Codrington

Barbuda is a beautiful picture frame with a terrible picture in it. The cottages are next to a BBQ place with loud reggae, while an industrial sand mine is on the other side of the road. The bar attached to the cottages was closed, and we waited 1.5 hours for help getting into our room because Wendy the host lives in unit 1. There was no hot water, and the water turned off every night at 7pm. Security lights blinked all night, no water was provided in the room, and we were told not to drink the local water. There were no cooking facilities either. The closest shop, Ling's, cost $USD40 by taxi, although it does accept cards. For adventurous travelers it may be great, but anyone wanting comfort and facilities should choose a resort. Exact location of cottages 17°35'27.5"N 61°49'09.7"W
