Neem View Apartment #5

The Orchid unit at Neem View Apartments worked perfectly for our Antigua Carnival trip. It was roomy and comfortable, with airy bedrooms, attractive stonework in the bath and shower, and very cold A/C. The kitchen had everything we needed, including pots, pans, a coffee maker, and a toaster, and there was also a washer. No dryer was provided, but the outdoor clotheslines made air-drying easy enough. What I liked most was the quiet countryside setting, around 30 minutes from the airport, while still being close to things. A beach was only 3-5 minutes away by car, and the local market was about a 10 minute walk. The other tenants were friendly too. Collette really looked after the place and went beyond what was expected. She contacted me the morning after arrival because I had left a sweater in the driveway, then got in touch after checkout when we had forgotten some belongings, rather than throwing them away. That attention meant a lot. It was a clean, spacious apartment with a personal feel, away from the busy areas but near beaches and local life. I would happily return to Neem Apartments.

I only visited while a friend was staying there, but the apartments were clean, the grounds were well maintained, and the pool looked good. Security also seemed solid. The main drawback is that the place feels a little dated.

A quiet, low-key place with a very relaxed feel.

A practical fallback for anyone who cannot stretch to a luxury podium.
