Cocobay Resort - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Everything about this place exceeded what we expected, from the beautiful hotel and beach to the rooms, drinks, food, and staff. Every meal was delicious, day after day, and every staff member seemed willing to go the extra mile. People treated us as though they’d known us for years. Lisa and Shakeem deserve a special mention. They were a brilliant team behind the bar and made the trip even more fun and memorable for my husband and me. The waiters, concierges, entertainment staff, and supervisors were just as friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We can’t recommend it highly enough and already want to return.

Our premium pool suite felt like paradise, and the resort has the right size and atmosphere for a boutique adults-only all-inclusive. The beach is just down the steps from the sunset pool, with waiters regularly passing by to keep drinks in hand. The views are wonderful. The food and cocktails were better than we expected. Mel, the bartender, made excellent drinks and invented a passion lychee martini for us on the spot, which was fantastic. Sandy from the rafters area was also great, and Jermain was unforgettable. If you want an adults-only all-inclusive, this is the place.

This resort is made by its people. Sasha, Diamond, Shaneika, Kathleen aka Pepe, Gamoy, Devonya, Kemlin, Jermaine, and the extraordinary bartender D-Rock were all outstanding. I could name many more. For an all-inclusive, the food was surprisingly good, with a different menu each night and one restaurant that added a nice touch. The private-pool lunch tapas and private dinner were both worth the extra cost. The resort is eco-friendly, the room air conditioning worked very well, and natural sea breezes cooled the dining areas. It’s designed for rest and quiet rather than partying, helped by the absence of televisions in the rooms. There were a couple of small problems, but the staff dealt with them quickly. We’d absolutely return because the service was simply that good.

We chose this resort for our honeymoon and found it wonderfully quiet and relaxing, with remarkable views everywhere. The food was incredible too. It was a dream stay, and we’d gladly come back and recommend it to others!
