We had to cancel because of Covid concerns and were medically unable to meet the requirements for entering Antigua. When we contacted Howard, he offered to move our dates, but that didn’t work for us. We then asked for a refund and were told the deposit had gone to the villa owner when we booked, and that he would not refund it because the reservation had lost income and there wasn’t enough time to replace it. That explanation didn’t make sense to us, since we gave nearly a month’s notice. The company’s website also said the trip was 100% refundable up to 14 days before arrival. After we pointed this out and referenced the website article, the article was quickly removed. Coincidence, I think not. Luckily, I had saved a copy because the policy made us feel comfortable booking during such an uncertain time. This experience taught me not to rely on a company’s word when booking. If you’re considering this company, look elsewhere. If something similar happens to you, you could lose a lot of money.

The staff made our anniversary trip special and were amazing. The property itself needs updating, though, and the entertainment director could offer more variety. Most of the activities were the usual karaoke, pool party, and similar options. Things also seemed to shut down completely around midnight.
