The beach and town are both within reach from here, and the place serves its purpose well. The cleaning lady keeps everything very clean, the hot water is properly hot, and both the little stove and fridge work. Ms Arnetta is lovely and goes out of her way to make the stay comfortable. I plan to stay here for a month next time.

I ended up paying in cash because they had no change, and I never received the money owed back. I only met the people running the place once and didn’t see anyone afterward. The WiFi was poor too. I endured it.

8/10
This is a reasonably priced place for small families, with a bar and restaurant on site plus entertainment during both the day and night.

6/10
The apartment has a cozy, loft-like feel and the location is fair, but the place is in need of renovation.

There’s strong potential here to broaden the local tourism market.
