Weatherills was a fantastic place for Sunday brunch. I tried the Brioche French toast, the Full Antiguan Breakfast, and the Hot Honey Chicken & Waffles, and loved everything. It was all presented really well. Bottomless drinks are available as an add-on, including mimosas, margaritas, spritz, and Rosé, for two hours. That’s not something many places here offer, and it was a worthwhile option. I was dining with my 5 year old, and we enjoyed exploring the property and climbing the restored Sugarmill Tower. The rooms are beautiful too, combining a historic feel with modern touches.

The food here was delicious and came out quickly. We ate at the hut and Carlyle bay, and had what was probably the best dinner on the island. The gumbo and wedge salad were excellent, and the sticky toffee was unreal. Highly recommend it.

What stood out most was how welcoming the staff were. From arrival onward, every request was met with a smile and a willingness to help, and I was treated like royalty. The setting is stunning, with beautiful views and an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and warm. The food was just as impressive, every dish felt carefully made and beautifully presented. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone I know, and I guarantee you’ll want to return.

Breakfast was a real disappointment. The food was very basic and average at best, and the price felt far too high for the quality and service. They had no croissants, which was hard to understand with only one other table dining. When I asked for one pancake instead, I was charged for a full portion. I don’t understand how that makes sense, and it completely spoiled the experience.

The country garden setting is a lovely change, with beautiful flora and everything kept in excellent condition. Service was very friendly. We didn’t eat this time, but the cocktails we had were delicious. It is a little pricey, though.
