Jasper deserves a special thank-you for always going out of his way to support us and make us feel like family. We had a fantastic week at Pineapple Beach Club, and the whole resort was full of staff ready to help whenever we needed something. Renee at Café 1761 made our mornings better with the perfect caffeine boost, while Stepon at both Topaz and Outhouse kept checking that we had enough food and drinks. Thanks to everyone for such an unforgettable stay.

The beach at this resort is gorgeous, with lots of sun loungers, and we especially enjoyed snorkeling at the far end. It stayed shallow quite a long way out, though I wasn't brave enough to go farther. We also saw plenty of wildlife, including birds, mongooses, hummingbirds, bats, and lizards. The resident cats were lovely too, so bring cat treats if you can. We stayed a few weeks ago for our 5th wedding anniversary. Our room was more than adequate, with a huge comfortable bed, tall pitched ceiling, ceiling fan, air conditioning, a safe, and a bathroom with a shower, large vanity-style sink, and wall-mounted hairdryer. The maids changed or replenished the bedding, towels, and toilet paper every day. Do bring hand wash, though, because we ended up using the little bottles of body wash provided. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. A few weren't, but they may simply have been having a bad day or dealing with other stresses, so I didn't take it personally. Nothing about the service was seriously awful, and most of it was very good. Staff regularly checked whether we needed water, tea, coffee, or other drinks. We liked eating in the main restaurant, which I think was Topaz, and also enjoyed the restaurant near the main reception. There was always a broad self-service buffet, with different themes each night, fresh fruit, cakes, and desserts. The café by reception stayed open very late for coffee. Our main complaint was the cigar smell at times. I understand that some people may be used to smoking elsewhere, but it was off-putting in a resort that's supposed to be non-smoking, especially when the smell was clearly coming through the restaurant and bar areas. Smoke is your choice, but some consideration for other people would be appreciated.

Kim and I spent our honeymoon at Pineapple Beach Club, and the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere was exactly what we wanted. The ocean views were gorgeous, and there was plenty to do without making the place feel busy, from sunbathing and snorkeling to kayaking, games, or simply relaxing. I also recommend taking the boat around the island and going on a fishing trip. The staff, facilities, and food were fantastic. The beach party dinner was the perfect extra touch. I've stayed at other all-inclusive resorts, but this was easily the best, and we can't wait to return.

Zhanira and Aijah from guest services made my sister's proposal to her now fiancé completely stress-free. They were involved from beginning to end, helping arrange every detail with genuine excitement, kindness, and enthusiasm. Their efforts made the proposal beautiful, smooth, and full of joy, and the whole moment became unforgettable for us. We loved the resort, but their outstanding help especially deserves recognition.

The beach was incredible, uncrowded, and surprisingly peaceful for such a tourist-focused country. There was also something to do every day, including karaoke, bracelet making, and guided hikes to devils bridge. The staff really put a lot into the experience, and the food and drink selection was wonderful. My one real criticism is the music. Outside scheduled events, the resort can feel extremely quiet and still. Some guests will enjoy that, but music by the pool lifts my mood 100x, so the long stretches without a DJ or background music felt boring and unentertaining. More consistent music during the day would help, since the nightly entertainment doesn't begin until around 9-11pm. Thanks regardless, because it is still a lovely resort.
