The people are what made Aurora Anguilla so memorable for us. Keresha, the Merrywing Front of House Manager, stepped in before we even realized how much help we needed. When ferry problems and a blizzard back home left us stranded with our kids, she worked tirelessly to arrange coverage for the extra days and keep us comfortable. She coordinated accommodations, helped with laundry, and made sure our family had what we needed, always calm and caring. Aurora itself is serene and beautifully designed, with a relaxed kind of Anguilla luxury. Rendezvous beach is pristine, the rooms are immaculate, and the small details feel thoughtfully handled. Javed, Jermaine, Kevin, and the rest of the staff were also wonderful. We came already loving the property, but left deeply grateful for how the team handled an unexpectedly stressful departure. We'll absolutely return, hopefully with an easier trip home, though it's reassuring to know we'd be in good hands either way.

The spacious, beautiful room stayed so clean that it was hard to find even a grain of sand. We also enjoyed the gorgeous beach and fantastic pools. There were plenty of waterpark-style activities for children, but since ours are in their 30s, the resort felt quiet and restful for us. It's a great place to relax without the thumping of a nearby dance club. Service was occasionally slower than island time, and one bartender in the lazy River area seemed put out by a request. She wasn't rude, but the interaction was negative. Even so, it was a great stay and we'd happily return.

Anguilla is a gem, and this resort made the island even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was incredible, and the beach felt both beautiful and safe. Mireille was outstanding, always thoughtful, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile. Samaro also gave us excellent service throughout the stay. Highly recommend it.

So relaxing and special, with the friendliest, most attentive staff. Janeen, Colleen, Rovin, Kevin, Tavern ZENREKA and Maurice were the most amazing, though everyone was sweet and helpful. Our taxi driver, Phoo, was wonderful too. We're already planning the next visit.

Jermaine made our stay at Aurora Anguilla unforgettable. He was consistently kind, genuinely warm, and incredibly attentive, always going out of his way to make us feel welcome. That extra level of hospitality turned a beautiful resort into something truly special. We're grateful for everything he did and look forward to returning, hopefully when Jermaine is there too.
