This traditional house gives you a charming, authentic feel for Berat, right in the centre where the city’s atmosphere is all around you. The rooms are comfortable, tastefully decorated, and have air conditioning and a fridge. The host was exceptionally kind and made a real effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. Breakfast was freshly prepared and included, which was a lovely bonus. Just be aware that reaching the guest house from the street involves some steep stairs, as is common in Berat. Highly recommended for a cosy stay.

The owners were super helpful and friendly, and breakfast on the small terrace was lovely. The room was clean, tastefully furnished, and very comfortable, with a good bathroom and bed. From the window, if you lean out a little, there’s a lovely view south across the river towards Timori. The location was perfect.

A lovely hotel with a kind owner, great views, and an excellent location. Breakfast was excellent as well. Just make sure you bring suitable shoes for Berat’s cobblestone streets.

The room felt like it had been carved out of stone, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring Berat and Goriza, with the character of a traditional Berat house but without the steep climb from the main road. Breakfast was so generous that we couldn't finish it. Still, the people were the real highlight. The owner answered all my questions before we arrived, and after we checked out and missed our bus, they even made calls to help us find an affordable way to our next destination. We felt genuinely welcomed, and that Albanian kindness is something we won't forget.
