Hotel Plaza Berat has a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere and genuinely welcoming staff who were always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, modern, spotless, and well maintained, which made it easy to unwind after exploring Berat. I really enjoyed the stay and would happily return.

The central location made it easy to walk all around the city, and the room was very nice. Every member of staff was friendly, which made the stay feel especially welcoming. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.

The room was huge, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, while the service remained helpful from start to finish. Rudi was especially kind and welcoming. The one minor drawback was the car park, reached through a narrow entrance at the back, with a rough, pebbly surface that could use improvement.

We originally booked two rooms for a couple of nights, but liked the accommodation enough to add another night. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and well equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was nice, and the whole staff were welcoming, helpful, and lovely. We’ll book here again when we return to Berat. A real gem.

The room was clean and attractive, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The basics were all good too, with a comfortable bed and hot shower, plus a decent breakfast. Having parking was a major advantage, especially in Albania. I’d strongly recommend staying here.
