Rezidenca Desaret Hotel

The balcony had an amazing view, and the room was nice. Staff were very friendly, and parking was a big plus. Everything is nearby, and getting there is feasible. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was good, although it was the same every day.

The room looked out over the town and mountains, and it was clean, with towels, shower gels, and slippers provided. Breakfast had a good variety, great coffee, and oat milk was available as an alternative. The staff were attentive and helpful, and free parking was available on site. It's a lovely location in a nice area of Berat, close to the centre, and worked well for a night's stay.

Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful view. The location was also very convenient, close to the center with all facilities nearby. We enjoyed the cozy restaurant and delicious food, but the most positive part was the helpful, friendly staff. We were completely satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

The phenomenal view from our room was one of the highlights, and the rooms were spotless and spacious, even with four of us sharing. There was a TV, electric kettle, coffee, tea, and a mini-fridge for drinks. Hotel Rezidenca Desaret is family-run, and the whole family made us feel welcome, especially the two young women who worked incredibly hard. I left feeling as if I'd gained a new family. Our original booking in Berat was cancelled, which turned out to be lucky because we couldn't have found a better place. Breakfast came straight to the table and was super fresh. We only missed having plant-based milk options. The hotel is in the center, with a mini market, a supermarket, and restaurants nearby. Berat Castle is about 20-25 minutes away on foot, although the walk is steep and definitely worth doing. Private parking was another huge plus. Warm hospitality, a great location, and outstanding value for money.
