Tomor and his wife gave us the best hospitality I’ve ever had in a guesthouse, period. The breakfast was excellent, and Tomor welcomed us with a huge smile and lots of warmth. Every day he helped us find nearby parking, even standing in empty spots for us. He also sent plenty of information about the city’s history and leisure activities. There’s a mosque very close by, but we only heard it once in the afternoon and not in the morning, so it wasn’t a problem. Highly recommended, and thank you Tomor! ❤️

Tomor is a wonderfully kind host, and his guest house is tidy with everything needed for a short stay. He prepared a very good breakfast and shared lots of interesting information about Berat village, the museums, and things to do. The house is comfortable enough that we’d definitely return for a longer visit. Highly recommended!

After a long day of cycle-touring, we were tired and worried about finding affordable accommodation. Tomor met us as we entered Berat and invited us to his guesthouse, which worked out perfectly. He and his wife run a very central place and were extremely friendly. Breakfast was great, they even did our laundry for a small extra charge, and there was a tap with fresh drinking water on site. Berat was a fabulous little town, and we were sad to leave.

The guesthouse is central but still really nice and quiet, and Tomor and his wife were very kind. Our room was clean and well furnished. Breakfast was offered at a cheap price and was HUGE :-) It was delicious, with homemade jam too. I absolutely suggest booking here if you visit Berat.

The host goes above and beyond with useful information, and the location is excellent. Just remember that this is a muslim quarter, which isn’t like, for example, Turkey. Public drinking isn’t appropriate. We learned that the hard way, but still found it a safe and respectful environment. I’d book again.
