The hot tub and outdoor pool were a highlight, and the location made it easy to get around. Staff helped with recommendations and taxis. Mani Raj was especially attentive and friendly, always ready to help and happy to chat. Our room was neat, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was decent, although it could use a bit more variety. We had a great stay at San Angelo Hotel in Saranda and would happily come back.

Our room was comfortable, clean, and pleasant, and the location was ideal, right by the sea and within walking distance of good restaurants and everything we needed. The staff were kind and attentive, checking that all was well and quickly handling every request or small issue. For my birthday, they even upgraded our room. That thoughtful gesture made the stay feel especially personal and memorable. We had an amazing time here.

The sea and pool views from this beautiful hotel made our stay even more enjoyable. The whole team was welcoming, friendly, and available whenever we needed anything. I especially want to thank Mr. ManiRaj. He welcomed us warmly from the start, and was always smiling, attentive, and professional. He really made a difference. We’ll definitely be back.

We celebrated a birthday at the hotel, and the reception staff were so kind to decorate our room. Maniraj made some of the best drinks for us, and Eliza and her team were sweet throughout our stay. Top notch service and the best view. One of our best stays in Albania.

Breakfast was the weak point. It felt more like a 2-3 star hotel experience, which is why I gave four stars overall. The rest was lovely. From the moment I arrived, I felt well looked after, and the receptionist kindly upgraded me to a sea-view suite. The room felt luxurious, the decor was among the most beautiful I’ve seen in a hotel, and the views were amazing.
