Vista Boutique Hotel

The balconies offered absolutely stunning vistas, and the hotel’s location was ideal for exploring Berat. Our accommodation was very comfortable, and breakfast had a delicious selection of fresh options. Endri, Violeta, and Dino were kind and attentive throughout our short stay, with Endri providing especially friendly and professional 5-star service. We spent only one night at Vista Hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The warm Albanian hospitality made us feel at home, and we’d happily return.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and breakfast was very generous. This family-run hotel is in an excellent location, with secure parking off site. The staff met us at the parking area and took us and our luggage to the hotel by gold cart. The owners and staff were extremely friendly. I’d highly recommend staying here.

What stood out most at Vista Boutique Hotel was the owner, who was kind, extremely helpful, and always ready with thoughtful recommendations. You really feel that hospitality here is treated as a passion, not just a business. The hotel itself is beautifully restored and spotless, with modern comforts carefully included. From the terraces, the views over Berat are breathtaking, especially in the morning. Its setting is peaceful while still being a short walk from the old town, restaurants, and other points of interest. Since the streets are narrow and winding, the valet buggy or golf-cart service from the parking lot was a huge help with our luggage. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious, with homemade items and local touches. I left feeling genuinely welcomed and completely at home. I couldn’t recommend Vista Boutique more highly, and I hope to come back one day.

The owner, his wife, and the staff were wonderful with us, especially our two young children. They even invited the children to visit the two kittens on the terrace, which became one of the highlights of the trip. Their recommendations for places to eat and things to see were also very useful. Our room was spacious and well appointed, and the hotel has beautiful outdoor terraces overlooking the city and mountains. Breakfast was delicious too. We arrived late and met the owner at the parking lot down the hill. Because we were tired, carrying heavy luggage, and facing a steep hill, his ride in the gator type golf cart was such a kind offer. We received the same help with our luggage at checkout. The hotel was a lovely base for exploring Berat’s history and scenery, and we were very thankful for the warm welcome. Faleminderit!
