Our reservation was canceled only hours before check-in, with no explanation, and nobody answered the phone. That left us trying to find somewhere else in mid-August, when accommodation is almost impossible to get. SO BAD. I absolutely don’t recommend them.

Our reservation, made months earlier, was canceled on the very day we were due to stay, for no reason given. We were left without accommodation in the middle of a city where finding a place without an advance booking is nearly impossible. DO NOT BOOK HERE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

We had booked a month in advance, but the owner canceled our stay three hours before check-in in mid-August without any reasonable explanation. Then all our calls were ignored while we were trying to fix the situation. The owner was rude and arrogant and apparently didn’t care about leaving 12 people without a hotel. NOT RELIABLE!

Do not book these apartments. The owner was rude and disrespectful to people who had reserved months ahead, and when his service caused problems, he completely ignored us instead of helping. He was not helpful at all.

I would not advise any tourist to stay here. After an argument, the rude owner allegedly punctured our car tires, putting us in danger. We reported everything to the police as well.
