XHEKO IMPERIAL Hotel

The spa was the highlight for me, beautifully designed and well maintained. The location is right in the center, but still quiet. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and polite, though service could be slow sometimes. Breakfast was the biggest letdown. There was plenty to choose from, but the food didn’t seem fresh and the quality was below what I expected. We also had to go find a staff member whenever we wanted coffee.

KLEO was so polite and attentive, and handled everything professionally. He made sure we had what we needed and gave the meal a really welcoming feel. Service like that makes a dining experience special. Highly recommend!

Mimoza really made our visit memorable. She was kind, attentive, professional, and clearly cared about giving great service. She was involved with both guests and staff, and that showed in all the details. Donald was fantastic too, thoughtful and attentive throughout, with a warmth and professionalism that made the whole visit better. The rest of the restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming as well. The rooftop restaurant had a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the food was delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared with care and quality ingredients. It’s a great place for a meal with excellent hospitality. We’ll definitely be back.

We had another lovely two weeks at Xheko Imperial Hotel, just like last year. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast buffet had lots of variety and was high quality. The spa and heated pool were magnificent. The staff looked after us from beginning to end. Thanks especially to Tereza and Tessara for being so kind and professional. See you again soon!
