The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff made the whole place feel relaxed and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and clearly well prepared. My only minor disappointment was that dinner wasn’t served buffet-style, which would have been more convenient. Other than that, the stay was close to perfect, and I’d gladly return.

Jonida and Kida from housekeeping deserve special thanks. Their friendly smiles, care, and attention to detail kept my room perfect every day. The hotel itself was warm and welcoming, with rooms that were always fresh, tidy, and carefully arranged. Their professionalism was a major reason I’d happily come back.

The hotel itself and the beach bar are very good, but the restaurant service was a different story. Staff spoke to customers arrogantly when orders were placed, which made the experience uncomfortable. Food orders took too long, the bill was slow to arrive, and they also tried to manipulate the prices on the invoice. One star for the restaurant staff experience.

Morina Palace gave our family five really enjoyable days. The rooms were clean and stylish, the restaurant food was fresh and delicious, and the beach club was amazing. We also loved the views, the atmosphere, and how warm and inviting the staff were. It felt like the whole package, a place where you can properly rest, relax, and recharge. I highly recommend it 😊

The sea was the only part the four of us really enjoyed. For the price, the service, rooms, and food quality don’t seem good enough. Breakfast was included, yet the restaurant charged us €8 for two espressos and a bottle of water, which felt especially appalling and ironic. Very low of them. We would not recommend the hotel and won’t return.
