The front desk staff gave us excellent local restaurant recommendations, which we really appreciated. Our room at Hotel Karos was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sea view was stunning. Fresh breakfast was included too. We had an exceptional weekend retreat in Himara and highly recommend this hotel/resturant.

The calm location away from the city's bustle made our stay peaceful, and George in particular made us feel at home. Hotel karos had an immaculate team and gave us a memorable stay. Getting around without a car is the main drawback. The hotel is about twenty minutes on foot from the centre, there is no public transport, and a taxi costs 700 lek each way. A bin in the room, stronger wifi, and better toiletries would also improve things. Even so, I highly recommend the team and their service.

The views are stunning, there's free car parking, and the town is very close. This family business was completely there for us and gave us 100% support. We can't recommend it enough, and I can't wait to go back.

The location made exploring the city easy, with shops, restaurants, and public transport nearby. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, while the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the visit. Breakfast each morning was delicious and offered plenty of fresh choices. We felt welcomed and well taken care of, and we'd definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The breakfast was great, and the room was elegant and comfortable. This family run hotel has been in the family for 70 years and has been newly refurbished. They were especially helpful arranging safe parking for our motorbikes. The service was delightful. Highly recommended.
