The room had a top-notch view, and both the food and room service were amazing. Booking was easy, and although we worried there might be a long wait when we arrived, the receptionist Etleva explained everything clearly and made it easy to discuss any issue. My partner and I had a really pleasant first stay in Durrës. It turned out to be such a fun and enjoyable experience.

I was given a complimentary upgrade to a supreme room with a full sea view, which made the stay especially memorable. The location was perfect, and everyone I met was friendly and helpful. Ali the bell boy went out of his way to make sure I was settled, while Sara at reception checked that I was comfortable. Drita the cleaning lady left the room thoroughly clean, and the kitchen staff were also kind and helpful. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely return.

I’m in Durres on a business trip and have been very impressed so far. The service coordination is among the best I’ve experienced in the area, the room is tidy and kept clean, and the food has been outstanding. I’m a big fan of their seafood. I sometimes struggle with different accents because my own English accent is very thick, but Etleva at reception has been patient and adapted to the way I speak. The hotel is near the pharmacy, markets, and seaside walking areas. If I come back to Durres, I’ll stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends.

Babbu was one of the kindest servers we’ve ever met. She took wonderful care of us and kept checking that we had everything we needed. Ali was also approachable and very helpful, especially when we were leaving, which made departure smooth and stress-free. Our room stayed spotless, clean, and comfortable thanks to Ulrissa and Drita. At the pool and sauna, Eagle and Jenna were attentive and made sure we were looked after. Marina also gave us a relaxing, rejuvenating massage that was the perfect way to unwind.
