The rooms and bathroom were pleasant, and the location is good. Just be aware there’s also a nightclub here, so it gets noisy early in the night. Our mattresses were sagging and a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.

The price was high, especially for Albania, and the listing on Booking never mentioned the very loud bar and restaurant. On the first night the music went on until around 2 a.m., so we got only a few hours of sleep. Drunk guests stomped and shouted in the corridor all night, and at one point someone even tried our room door. It was the only time we felt unsafe during our trip in Albania. Female travelers, please don't book this place. The second night the music was quieter, but the AC quit at 10 p.m. and nobody was at reception to help. We had to leave the window open onto a busy street, which meant another awful night and lots of mosquito bites. The beds were in terrible shape, too, and the so-called included breakfast was one piece of toast with a slice of ham and cheese. For 60+ €/ night, that’s laughable.

It's in a really good location, but that's about the only positive. The rooms weren't clean, were extremely noisy, and offered no services. My room's electric boiler in the restroom made horrible noise all the time. No shampoo, no iron, not even a blanket. Calling it a boutique hotel doesn't change how little value you get beyond the location. The breakfast was poor, just coffee or tea and a croissant, and even ordering seemed to bother them. Hospitality was zero, as if having guests was an inconvenience and only the bar mattered. Sometimes security wouldn't let us onto the premises, so we couldn't get to our room. They should have a separate entrance from the bar. As it is, the door works when it feels like it, and you have to make your way through a disco and around people smoking just to reach your room.

The noise made it impossible to sleep, but the worst was the state of the room. It was damp and moldy, the air was unbearable, and the filthy heating system blew dust and a horrible smell. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, with grime and stains everywhere. I got sick during the stay and needed medication for a respiratory infection that I believe was caused by the terrible air quality. This place is a serious health hazard. Avoid it at all costs!
