Comfort Boutique Hotel

I was completely satisfied with my stay at Hotel Comfort and would gladly return. It’s right in the city center, which makes it especially convenient for tourists, and the hotel administration was always ready to help us resolve an issue. The food was extremely delicious, and the breakfasts were hearty and varied, a nice surprise during a longer stay. I’m picky about coffee, but the woman making it in the restaurant really knows her craft. The cappuccino was incredibly good. The rooms were clean and everything felt fresh. I definitely recommend it, 10/10 from me!

We were greeted by staff who were friendly, attentive, and quick to help with requests. The rooms were comfortable and nicely laid out, and the whole hotel was spotless. I especially liked the terrace for having a drink. Food was excellent too, and the main sights were easy to reach, with Skanderberg Square about 10-12 minutes away. I had a great stay and would recommend it.

The staff were lovely, which was a bright spot. The room itself was okay, though a little worn around the edges, and it was never cleaned during our three nights. Breakfast was disappointing: the hot dishes had gone cold and the cold buffet was dull. They had overbooked, so we spent the first night in another hotel that was definitely below the same standard.

I booked a double room and was given a single with no fridge. We asked to be moved to another hotel, but the person introduced as the manager, Kumja, stopped responding at 1 a.m. We were left stranded with a toddler to look after. I’ve never had a worse customer service experience.
