KEIT Hotel

The Wi-Fi was strong, which was the main reason I booked, but unless that's your only priority, there are cheaper places much nearer the city center. I wouldn't stay here again. The room needed repairs, and there was rust throughout the bathroom. The water was off for a whole day; when it came back, we had only cold water for several days. Soundproofing between rooms was poor, and I could hear my neighbors sneeze.

I spent three days at Keit Hotel and was very comfortable. Whenever I needed help, the staff were kind and available. They also arranged my taxi to the airport. Thank you!

The food at the restaurant was tasty, though the hotel seemed short staffed since the person at reception also served as the waiter. Breakfast was included and delicious, but there wasn't much variety. Our room was clean, but the shower had no door, so water ended up on the toilet and floor whenever we used it. We also struggled to work the thermostat. The room stayed hot and humid, and we couldn't sleep, so we called reception in the middle of the night. The night clerk was very friendly and quickly got it working properly. It wasn't a horrible stay, but I expected a bit more from a four-star hotel.

The rooms are clean, but sleeping was difficult with so much noise. The walls, doors, and windows let through every conversation, cough, and sneeze. A rooster at a nearby house seemed to crow around the clock, traffic from the busy road never let up, and before 6am the staff played loud music in the canteen downstairs that could be heard on every hotel floor. Stay at your own risk if you need sleep.
