We arrived at Green Terrace Apartment after making slower progress than expected through Albania and getting stuck at the border for hours. Even though it was late, the host was accommodating and very helpful. He met us at night, let us in, showed us around, and helped arrange parking in the building, which we really appreciated after such a long day. The next morning he helped us sort out breakfast, too. The apartment was spacious, modern, clean, and well maintained, with air conditioning throughout. It was set up well for a short stay. The host's hospitality made a stressful travel day end on a very positive note. I'd recommend the place for that alone.

These feel more like Airbnb apartments. There's just one bedroom, with two more beds in the living room, and only one bathroom. If two separate families share the apartment, there's no privacy. Our friends booked another apartment with GTA, but it was about 2 km away. Don't assume multiple apartments you book will be close together. Breakfast was from a bakery and consisted of one croissant, one coffee, and one bottle of water. Not worth the price.

Shopping is easy nearby, and the location was excellent. Our group of 10 stayed in two apartments for four nights in mid June, with five rooms. Arditi kindly added a studio at short notice, which worked really well for a large group. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable. We did some cooking, and Host Arditi was quick to help with any request. Highly recommend.

The terrace view of Tirana is amazing. The building was new and the best we'd seen in Tirana. The apartment was brand new, modern, luxurious, very clean, and nicely decorated, and the host was friendly. I'd definitely recommend it! :)

I hope you don't leave anything behind, because they won't give it back. They just threatened me over my opinion, saying, "I will come and find you" if I don't delete it. It's scary, and I definitely wouldn't stay here. I'm free to give my opinion.
