Our family room was spacious, and the hotel felt both clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the wine was great. Its location also made it convenient for visiting the city.

We had such a good time at Hotel Ambasador. The staff were wonderful and always helpful, and breakfast was delicious. I particularly loved the coffee machine, while dinner at the restaurant was very tasty. No complaints at all, and we’ll definitely return.

Although I never actually used the hotel’s services, I’m giving it the highest rating because of how kindly the staff handled our situation. We had booked through booking.com, but severe floods causing major problems for people in Durres meant that we couldn’t reach the hotel that day. They cancelled the reservation without charging a cancellation fee and were extremely helpful. I’m very grateful, and I’m sure this will be my choice when I get the chance to visit Durres. Thanks again to the staff! ❤️

For a one-night visit, this hotel was excellent and gave us a convenient base for exploring Durres. The rooms were clean and well equipped, and the staff made us feel welcome while taking care to make the stay pleasant. Free parking was available close to the hotel, which was useful. A comfortable stay that offered good value in Duress.

The peaceful atmosphere and tasty breakfast made this a really enjoyable stay. Our room was cozy and very clean, and the location was close to everything we needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and clearly cared about their guests. The hotel was even better than we expected. We had a comfortable, relaxing visit and would definitely come back. 💫🙌✨
