I can't comment on the hotel, since I only visited Bermon Bar. The outdoor seating is pleasant, with a little greenery that makes it feel open. It's not a big garden, but a comfortable place to sit outside in the city. Inside, the music has a relaxed Italian style, a calmer feel than other nearby places. It's a nice spot for morning coffee or breakfast. The coffee is probably the best in the area, carefully prepared and served. I tried the fresh, tasty brioche too. The team is friendly and keeps things clean and professional without being overly formal. Prices are reasonable for this area. I'd recommend it for breakfast or a relaxed coffee break in Tirana. The one thing I'd suggest improving is the men's bathroom outside. It could use a bit more attention, even though it's a small issue.

The workers are so kind that they make you feel like staying an extra month, because it feels like home. You're not too far from the center either. We had a really beautiful walk through Tiranas streets to get there, around 15 or 20 minutes.

The only really good thing was breakfast. For a place that's apparently meant to be a 4-star hotel, this wasn't a pleasant stay. The sheets were dirty, and the floors clearly hadn't been washed, with hair all over the place.

There's plenty of sun if you go there for a coffee, for example, so it's good for sun lovers. A relaxing place.

The room was really, really cold, and the bed was only two inches off the floor. I couldn't get up from it without using a chair to help. I'd never return.
