The restaurant and bar staff were cordial, and Leo and his team deserve special thanks for organizing lunch and dinner. The cleaning lady also did an amazing job every day. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location at Durres beach, and the all-inclusive buffet was very good. There were a few shortcomings. The dinner buffet had limited fish, shrimps, mussels, and similar options, and after five nights we still hadn’t seen pizza. The evening music was less lively than at nearby places, and dinner could have continued until 21:30, especially since afternoon snacks were available. We had requested a higher-floor room in the same category through cedok and by phone, but were given the second floor instead. I still highly recommend the hotel.

We’ve stayed at this hotel and restaurant six times in one year, which says a lot about how much we enjoy returning. Every part of the property is impeccably clean, and the rooms are elegant, comfortable, and carefully designed. The food is outstanding, particularly the fresh, refined seafood, though the meat dishes are just as delicious and well prepared. Service has always been warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely European in standard. For families, it offers a reassuring mix of comfort, safety, and luxury. Each visit feels a little like coming home, while still giving us a high level of hospitality. Without hesitation, it’s among the best places we’ve stayed. Highly recommended!

The reception team were very helpful when we got stuck somewhere in Durres and arranged a ride for us. Breakfast was nice, and the hotel sits right by the beach. We were too busy to try the facilities, so I can’t comment on what was available there. The airport drive and our activities were not far away, which was convenient. This was my second visit to Albania, and I’d choose this hotel over our previous one in Golem. I’d recommend it, even though I don’t have another trip planned yet.

Our sea-view room was immaculate, and the hotel was directly on the beachfront. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating, which made the stay very enjoyable. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a lovely walk along the beach. Just keep in mind that Durres city centre is about a 15-minute drive away. Other than that, I’d definitely recommend the place.
