The location is excellent, close to the promenade, and the hotel even has its own section of beach. It's very good value for the price. The service was top-notch. I can't stand and needed a chair for showering, so one was brought to me right away. Every time I had a question or request, I received the help I needed.

The breakfast buffet was great, and the hotel was clean and well equipped. The staff provided excellent service and hospitality. I found the beds a little hard, and the elevator makes quite a loud "ding", but it was still a great experience overall.

I would avoid this place. The staff were not professional and failed to fix problems when I raised them directly. They came across as cold, confrontational, and lacking empathy, with no ability to de-escalate situations. Guests were not treated well. There were problems with the jacuzzi, bathroom windows, parking, and a broken soap holder that had previously been fixed with glue 🤣. Our room wasn't cleaned even though the button had been pressed, and no information was given that cleaning staff leave after 2pm. Receptionists refused to empty the rubbish. Guests couldn't use Netflix, with no explanation from the manager. There was no safe in the room unless you requested one.

The sea view from our room made the stay even more relaxing. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel.
