The apartment’s interior and central location would make me recommend it to others. It was clean, nicely renovated, and everything still felt very new. The owner was kind and came to meet us for check-in after we called because we weren’t certain of the exact location. My main issue was the air conditioning, which seemed to run but didn’t cool the room and also dripped. The room became very warm at night, and since we didn’t see the owner after checking in, we couldn’t report it.
What made the stay especially nice was the owner and his family, who were welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout. The modern space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, while the area felt safe even as a solo traveler. Everything I needed was within a short walk, and the café downstairs made mornings easy. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Durrës.
