Everything was very clean, though the hotel is still new and some things need to be requested. The workers were all friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the receptionist for his kindness 🙏🏼

A terrible experience. The pillow seemed like it hadn't been washed for 20 years, and a toilet smell kept coming and going. They didn't provide towels. If you asked and insisted, they'd give you some, but not enough for all the guests. My room wasn't cleaned during my 5 day stay, and the place isn't suitable for a stroller. I don't recommend it.

The food was beyond amazing and well priced. At breakfast, they even made Petulla when I asked, and it was the best Petulla I've tasted. I came here hoping for somewhere quiet where I could relax and write because of my health conditions. The people were incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable. They kept me supplied with clean towels, bedding, toiletries, and so on, and if I wanted, I didn't have to lift a finger. Great service, food, company, rooms, and a great view. Thank you so much. This is a memory I won't forget from this amazing country ❤️

The breakfast was delicious, and the balcony had a beautiful view. Those helped distract me from the outdated furniture and interior. In my opinion, the price for one night didn't live up to expectations.

We ate at the restaurant and had to go to an ATM because the waiter never told us it was cash only. A large beer was 350 lek, while other places average 200. A disaster.
