The receptionist really made my visit memorable. They were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help me when I needed it. That kind of genuinely helpful service is rare. Highly recommended.

We had a really good week here. The hotel was clean, the rooms matched the pictures, the staff were very nice, and breakfast was very good. There was one awkward incident on our last day. After checking out, we went out to eat and returned to the hotel afterward. An employee said we had taken something from the minibar without paying. We hadn’t touched anything in it, and I told her that, but she still insisted we had. This was uncomfortable, especially since we had already left 2000lek at reception and 1000lek in the room as tips. I’m not sure what happened, but I wanted to mention it. Even with that, we had a super week and can recommend the hotel 😊

The hotel and staff were pleasant, but I feel the place was run by liars. We paid extra for dinners, yet nobody explained what that payment covered or where the restaurant was. We only learned at check-in that it was a 15-minute walk away and that we would eat whatever they served rather than choose our meals. They said the travel agency had paid them far less than we had paid. I was too polite and foolishly assumed they were acting in good faith. After returning home, I complained to the agency because the situation had ruined my holiday. The hotel then told the agency that I had happily agreed to everything and had chosen the beach restaurant because there was also a restaurant in the hotel. There was no restaurant in the hotel. So many lies. I’ve never felt so humiliated, and I hope karma comes back to you.
