I arrived at 2:00 AM, and someone was waiting for me at the outside door. I truly appreciated his kindness and care. The reception staff were still there late at night and were very kind. Everyone welcomed me with a smile and was professional and friendly, from the breakfast area and coffee service to reception. The hotel is clean, beautiful, new and well maintained, just 2 to 5 minutes from the train station. I sincerely thank all the staff for their care and attention. It was a wonderful experience, with excellent cleanliness and a perfect central location. Everything was very good. 🥰🥰

We had a positive stay and got very good value for the price. The location was excellent, beds were comfortable, wifi was strong, breakfast was pretty good, and staff were helpful. There were a few annoyances: the layout was strange, the bathroom cramped and awkward, and there was no ramp into the hotel. We had to carry the baby stroller up and down the steps to the lobby several times a day. Parking is limited, but we left our car key at reception and they moved it around to manage everyone coming and going.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were decent for the price. Make sure to stay on the first floor if you need Wi-Fi for work, since it’s really bad and keeps disappearing elsewhere. The shower also swung from warm to freezing to scalding hot within five seconds. Aside from those issues, everything else was good. (:

The local feel was great, and the staff were genuinely friendly. When the AC failed, they stayed on it until it worked, which took 18 minutes, and kept apologizing while they sorted it out. We felt welcomed as an LGBTQ couple too. ❤️💕

Breakfast had plenty to choose from and tasted good, though the coffee wasn't great. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location worked perfectly for us. From check-in onward, everyone made sure we were looked after. A cosy hotel with friendly staff at a reasonable price, we'd gladly stay again.
