I travelled solo at the end of April and found the hotel very quiet. My traditional-style room was a good size and clean, with a nice shower where the temperature was easy to adjust. Breakfast and coffee were included each morning, and both were nice and healthy. The staff were lovely, friendly, and polite. I'm English and only know a few Albanian phrases. They didn't speak English, but they understood me, and there's always Google Translate. I don't expect people in other countries to know other languages. The hotel is on a main road near trees, a river, lots of markets and shops, and not far from the main center. The only thing I'd mention is that the bathroom smelled strongly of urine all the time, though it didn't seem unclean.

It was okay for two days on my own, but for 45€ a night I expected better. The room wasn't clean enough, had just one electrical socket, and no wardrobe. Breakfast was very sparse.

The rooms were poorly equipped and well below a reasonable standard, and the bathroom had a strong sewage smell. Showering was often impossible: the water was either scalding or there was no hot water. When we told the staff, they just said that was “normal.” Service was extremely poor. Communication was nearly impossible, and the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. The price-performance ratio is as low as it gets. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was basic and clean, and breakfast, coffee, and flip flops were included. Service was friendly and competent, and the price-performance ratio is great. Thanks for a great experience.

We loved our stay, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. After breakfast they arranged car rentals, taxis, and money exchange for us. Absolute legends. Obviously it's not a Hilton, and you get what you paid for, but we were more than pleased.
