Prestige Hotel Tirana

The only reason we stayed was that dental treatment was included. I wouldn't choose this hotel again. We were there five days and barely slept, with noise from the terrace bar downstairs still going at 11:30 pm and windows that didn't shut properly, so outside sounds came straight in. The room was neglected and dirty: sticky floor, filthy walls, cobwebs on the ceiling, and a disgusting shower tray. The bathtub hose sprayed everywhere except where it should, so we didn't use it. No one came to clean, change the bin, or replace the sheets during our three days there. The sheets and duvet were too small even for the 150 cm bed, though they seemed meant for a 200 cm one. There was only one chair for two people, broken furniture handles, very little light, a toilet seat smaller than the bowl that felt unpleasant to sit on, and a bidet missing its plug. The satellite TV was nearly useless, with two language options we couldn't understand. Breakfast also disappointed me. I only went up twice, and it was just boxed juice in a glass jug, coffee, yogurt, and not much else. For somewhere advertised as a 4-star hotel, it didn't even feel worth 2.

I'm staying here through Skydental, which provides free accommodation at the hotel. At breakfast, the lady seemed unwilling to serve me and hurried me out as soon as it reached 10 am, even though the other customers weren't being rushed. I felt treated like shit. I've told the front desk and am waiting to hear back. If they don't reply, I'll leave this review as it is.

Clean and comfortable, with everything you need. A very good hotel 👌

The location worked really well, just a one-minute walk from the sky dental. XHON RECEPTIONIST was smiling from the start and always ready to help, with such kind, amazing service. The cleaners were good too, and the rooms were tidy and clean. Breakfast was poor, but I was happy with my stay.
