Elite Bay Hotel Lalez Durres

We held a company teambuilding at the hotel, and everything worked perfectly. The restaurant food was really great, the hotel was clean, and all the staff deserve thanks for welcoming us so warmly throughout the vacation. I appreciated their responsiveness, patience, and excellent service ♥️

The hotel was clean and generally very good, with friendly staff, a pleasant pool area, and comfortable surroundings. The food was fairly tasty, although lunch and dinner were a little expensive. That was still somewhat understandable for a beach location, where prices tend to be higher. Breakfast was included, but it was weak because the same food was served every day without variety. There were also many wasps and bees, which was worrying and disruptive with a small child. The room fridge did not cool properly either. Service was not applied consistently. Food was supposedly forbidden in the rooms, yet some guests were allowed to have it delivered by waiters. When we asked for the same option, especially because taking a small child to the restaurant every time is difficult, we were told it wasn’t allowed. Since almost all the guests were families with at least two children, a small play area would have made a big difference. At €180 per night, the price is quite high for Albania, so the services and facilities should offer a higher level of quality.

The luxurious design and warm hospitality made my stay at Elite Bay unforgettable. It feels relaxing as well as upscale, and the staff go out of their way to make guests feel special. I absolutely loved it and can’t wait to return! 💫

The restaurant’s food and service were exceptional. It’s a wonderful place to visit, especially with children, and definitely a must visit.
