Arben made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived at Besani Hotel in Durrës. He was accommodating and went out of his way to help us find local places to visit and explore. His English was limited, but he communicated clearly and was easy to talk to. His kindness and effort made a big difference. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. We had a fantastic stay, highly recommend Besani Hotel, and will definitely return. Thank you, Arben, for the wonderful service!

Nest made every visit to the hotel bar enjoyable. He’s professional, friendly, and makes you feel welcome. His cocktails are always just right, and he’s happy to suggest something new. The atmosphere he creates is wonderful. Highly recommend!

The beach is spacious, beautiful, and clean, and you can reach it in just a few steps from Hotel BESANI. That was especially valuable with our young daughters. The hotel was very child-friendly too: the staff were kind, patient, and helpful throughout, and our children felt welcome. We stayed for several days and loved the food. It was fresh, tasty, and varied, with fresh fruit served every day. Many thanks to everyone at Hotel BESANI for the lovely atmosphere and an unforgettable holiday. We’d love to come back.

Really lovely place to stay, with friendly people. Great location too, just a two minute walk to the private beach.
