In 15 years of traveling, I’ve never had a welcome or hospitality like this. The staff were incredible, caring and attentive, and kept going above and beyond to make everything right, almost too much in the best way. Everyone was genuinely kind, friendly, and accommodating. An unforgettable stay.

Really clean, comfortable rooms and excellent service. The staff were wonderful, especially the women at reception, including the one from Shijak ☺️. Highly recommended! ✅

It was easy to unwind here, and the location was both peaceful and convenient. Our room was modern, comfortable, and really clean. The staff were so kind and helpful, always checking that we had what we needed. I had a great stay at Ponari S Hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The dining and the rooms were exceptionally clean, and the food was really tasty. Service was excellent too, everyone seemed to know exactly what they were doing and was ready to help with whatever guests asked for. The hotel felt like it was run to perfection. I’ll come back. For me, it’s the #1 hotel in Durres, hands down!

The breakfast was filling and delicious, and the other food was cheap and really tasty too. The kids had a great time. With the beach close by and plenty of markets nearby for grabbing a quick snack, the location worked out brilliantly. Such a lovely experience.
