Hotel Vila Max

Hotel Vila MAX in the heart of Durrës was a good stop for a day or two while passing through. The beach is across the road, and the location is good. The room was clean and decent, though perhaps a little damp. Service and reception were friendly and polite, and the ladies in the sewing shop were very nice. We paid 125 euros per night for two triple rooms. The official category is 2 stars, and that’s what we give it too. Breakfast was quite simple, though most people will probably find something to eat. The family working here are amazing and welcoming. It’s quiet and calm, there’s a good coffee place, and they have parking. The beach is very close. Our room was lovely, especially Aqua room, and the bathroom was clean and refreshing. I had a great time.

The balcony has an amazing view of the sea, and the beach is only 20m away. The hosts are very friendly, and you can come and go whenever you want. It’s a very good place for young people, and I’d highly recommend it for the price.

The location is splendid, the rooms are immaculately clean, and the furniture is very good. The staff were the most amazing I’ve ever seen, so hospitable and made us feel so loved!
