The moment we arrived, the welcome at Ventus Harbor Hotel in Durrës was warm and attentive, and the service stayed professional throughout. A special thanks to the gentleman at reception who showed us the rooms and let us choose between two, so we could pick the view we liked best. That care made the stay memorable. We loved looking out at the Adriatic Sea. The view felt priceless and made it easy to relax. The on-site restaurant was excellent too, with great food, a lovely atmosphere, and very good service. We appreciated the warmth, sincerity, and personal touch here, things we felt were missing in many parts of Europe. One aspect might be a plus for some guests and a minus for others, but we absolutely loved it. We left with only positive impressions and would happily return. Highly recommended for the service, views, and welcoming atmosphere.

The harbour views and peaceful surroundings made my stay at Ventus Harbour a relaxing break. I was there in Durrës, Albania from 4th to 8th December. The place is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Its location close to the harbour and seaside is excellent. It’s a comfortable, quiet base for exploring Durrës, and I’d recommend it and consider coming back.

The hotel was clean and perfectly placed for getting around, and the food was excellent for a great price. We also loved being by the sea. You’re away from the noise but close to food, nights out, tourist spots, and easy access to daily excursions. I’m sorry this review is late. My girlfriend lost her phone with all the staff names on it. I especially want to thank the lady manager on days and the male night manager, an amazing couple who helped us get her lost passport back. We both really appreciate it, and thank you for such a great time in durres. You were so helpful. I wish I could remember your names. I’m the big tattooed guy, and my girlfriend is the small blonde lady (Jon & steff). Albania is definitely worth visiting. We loved it and picked the perfect hotel. Thank you so much.

For our birthday dinner, they kindly brought us a complimentary cake when we asked. The pasta was remarkable, and we enjoyed every bit of the meal.
