New W Hotel

The room was very clean and almost new, and the owners look after guests themselves. Edward checked me in, and he and Edmond were both amazing. The food was even better, especially the steak, one of the best I've ever had. Christina did a very, very good job cooking it. You won't regret staying here.

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were warm, attentive, always smiling, and ready to help, and you can tell they care about guests and quality. Our room was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The setting was beautiful, with breathtaking views, and the atmosphere felt both relaxing and elegant. There was a great choice of fresh, well-prepared food, too. Everything, from the location to the service, went beyond what we expected. We enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Albania. We'll definitely return!

After showering, water ran across the whole bathroom floor because it sloped the wrong way, and there were bugs in the shower. The breakfast buffet was poor, with almost no service. On arrival, the toilet had faecal streaks and both the towels and bed sheets had brown stains. We told reception and cleaners came, but they only cleaned the toilet and made the bed. The other problems were left as they were.
