Dial Hotel

For a quick overnight stop during a road trip, this hotel is in a very convenient position. I can’t say whether it’s a good base for visiting Elbasan. The room was a little small, but it felt cozy, functional, and fairly new. Breakfast was served on the terrace, where there’s a lovely view across the city and valley. It was abundant, although not a buffet. We weren’t clearly told in advance what would be included, so a small menu showing the available choices and the standard items would be a great improvement.

This unusual new hotel is on the 10th floor, only a few minutes’ walk from the city centre. You enter the building by pressing the call button, then use your room card, and the lift opens directly at the reception area. From the room, the city view is wonderful. Everything was new and very clean, with a comfortable bed, warm room, mini bar, separate shower area, toiletries, hair dryer, and reliable WIFI. The staff spoke English and were very hospitable. Parking is quite limited, but you can leave the car in front of the hotel while reception watches it on cameras. Breakfast is included and served on the terrace. The restaurant has a breathtaking city view, and they even ask how you want your eggs cooked. I liked everything about the hotel. Thank you for the hospitality, and good clients to you!))

The rooftop breakfast comes with an amazing view. The bed was comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were very clean with everything new. I’d definitely recommend it.
