We stayed for two nights and then added a third. The hotel has a nice modern design and spacious balconies. The pool was amazing and very clean, and the woman at reception was kind and helpful.

The room was nice, but the bed wasn't very comfortable. There may not be a shower curtain in the bathroom, welcome to Albania! In summer, though, everything dries quickly. Not all the staff speak English, but they're very nice. Breakfast was tasty, and they also brought us fresh sliced fruit on a plate.

The hotel has been nicely renovated and is run by a genuinely kind family. It’s a short distance from central Gjirokastër. The pool was the one letdown: it looked quite dirty and didn’t seem to be maintained. After hours on the road, that was what we’d been most excited to use. Thanks for the stay.

We chose a hotel on the main road outside town after feeling cramped in central Gjirokaster. It’s only a few minutes by car from the castle. The rooms are basic but clean, and breakfast was excellent, with plenty of food. The owners were very kind, and their daughter Wilma was an exceptional phone translator from Berlin. Great value for the price.

We parked our campervan on the grounds for 15€, which included access to the pool. There’s a little park for kids, and services are available for 5€. A lovely family-run place to stop over.
