I got such a warm welcome when I arrived at Magic hotel, and the staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help. The whole place was spotless and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable. It's an easy short walk to the center, including the castle, shops, and restaurants, and the prices felt very reasonable for the service and accommodations. I also really appreciated their honesty. I accidentally left my phone in the room at checkout, and they called my husband to let us know, then returned it to me. Their kindness and customer service made a lasting impression. Magic hotel exceeded my expectations, and I'd highly recommend it.

Christy, the manager, was genuinely keen to help with advice and information. He even called the bus station to check bus times to Tirana, and there was always someone at reception. The price per night was excellent value, too. I booked two nights at Hotel Magic, then added a third because I had such a good stay. The location works well for arriving by bus, about a five-minute walk from the station. The old town is a 15-minute walk away, with taxis nearby. There are also nice restaurants, a supermarket, and three gyms in the neighborhood. Rooms are modern and perfectly clean, with excellent AC, great Wi-Fi, and a super comfortable bed. I'd consider Hotel Magic if staying in Gjyrokaster. I hope to return.

Lots of restaurants and markets are close by. The rooms are really clean and nice, and the receptionist is very friendly. A perfect hotel in Gjirokastra!

The room was even better than it looked in the pictures, and the parking is right next to the hotel. Staff were really nice, helped us with our luggage, and did everything they could to make our stay good. The hosts were friendly and helped us with everything. The hotel, location, comfort, facilities, and cleanliness were all perfect. I'd recommend Hotel Magic to anyone coming to Gjirokaster.
