The sunset views from the obelisk bar on top were incredible, probably the best in Gjirokastër! The owner was friendly and helpful, and our perfect room had a view of the castle. The hotel is in a great, central spot in the old bazaar. We parked in the underground car park, 400 Lek for 24 hours, and it was only a short walk away. Breakfast was really good too. Don't hesitate to book, you won't regret it!

The calm setting and easy access to local attractions made our visit especially enjoyable. Hotel SS Kekezi also felt welcoming from the minute we arrived, thanks to staff who really tried to make our stay memorable. Our room was spacious, spotless, and nicely furnished, with modern conveniences and a cozy feel. It works well for business or leisure, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone coming to the area.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and our host greeted us warmly. We were right in the city center, so we could walk everywhere. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

That rooftop terrace was a highlight, with sweeping views of the city and surrounding mountains. We loved watching the sunset up there. At SS Kekezi, the staff were kind and always ready to help, and our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable after a day out. The location puts you just steps from the castle and bazaar, right in the heart of Gjirokastër’s old town. I had such a great stay and would come back.

Gjirokastër had such a bright, lively feel, with great food and atmosphere, and the hotel made our visit even better. A kind, welcoming local ran the place and gave us useful advice for getting around the small town. The hotel is very central, above a great irish pub, and breakfast was delicious. My group and I really enjoyed our stay.
