Delight Hotel SPA

The newly built 7th floor felt so fresh that we may have been among the first people to sleep there. From reception to every other member of staff, we can only say thanks, and the food was great too. My one wish is that the beach bar would stay open until 7 instead of closing at 5. I can understand why this hotel is becoming one of the best rated in the area. 4.7/5, greetings from 704 (4-11.6).

Ajstin and Klodi made our stay at Delight hotel fantastic. Their service and hospitality were unlike anything we had experienced before, and they made the whole trip feel special. Staying there was a real pleasure.

Hotel Delight is somewhere I’d come back to. The modern facilities are very well maintained, and the rooms are genuinely comfortable. Its location is perfect for exploring the city. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making everything smooth from check-in through check-out. An excellent stay.

The friendly staff and modern design were the only real positives. Despite the appearance, the hotel was poorly maintained, with things falling apart and the cheapest-looking materials used throughout. The dishes and tables were often dirty, and food was frequently left on the floor. At the beach, coffee and branded drinks cost extra. The showers were completely rusty, and after using them we even smelled of rust. The food quality was so poor that we constantly had stomach pain and had to buy medicine at the pharmacy. Our room was dirty and smelled bad, the bed sheets had not been properly cleaned, and the toilet door would not close. There were no water bottles in the room. The heavily advertised wellness and spa area was unfinished and still a construction site, which felt like misleading advertising. The sea was also dirty and full of jellyfish, so swimming wasn’t possible. Even with the nice design and friendly staff, the hygiene, maintenance, and quality were far below acceptable standards. It wasn’t worth the price. Never again.
