Kolaveri Resort

Our family room was very large and divided into separate areas. It was clean, had plenty of storage, two big mirrors, and a balcony with a beautiful view. The food was great and the pool was warm. There were parties at night, and the beach was only a two-minute walk away. A convenience store and a restaurant were right by the exit. I really hope to come back because the service and location were both wonderful.

The food stayed consistent throughout our week at Kolaveri Resort, which was a positive. The hotel is close to the beach, and the staff did what they were supposed to do. Overall, it was a decent stay with several pleasant points.

The resort felt neglected, with old facilities and no obvious repairs made before the season. Doors squeaked, some remotes did not work, and the utensils still had dried dishwashing soap on them. The bread was extremely dry too. Breakfast was the same every morning, and nobody asked how our stay was. A family member who had visited this resort for five years in a row told me that it gets worse every year, and I can understand why.

The best thing about this hotel is its location, with the beach and a small grocery shop selling local products both nearby. The staff were also very helpful, especially Andi at reception. He was professional and solved our problems quickly, so he gets five stars from me. The rooms are acceptable but basic, with only the essentials. The bedsheets were clean, and the food was good, though not especially creative. This is a place for people who do not expect too much, and I was satisfied with my stay.
