The hotel feels new and luxurious, with large, really comfortable rooms and beds that seemed brand new. I slept very well. It was easy enough to find, and the staff were incredibly kind and kept trying to communicate with me. Breakfast was traditional and served on the terrace overlooking the neighborhood. They don't provide coffee, which is the only real downside, but for the price, it's still super good value. I definitely recommend it.

Everything was spotless, from the room to the rest of the hotel, and the bed and shower were both very comfortable. The family running the place was lovely. Breakfast, cooked by the host, was a great extra and came with a view over the street. We parked right outside on the street and could walk to the main centre in a short time. Highly recommend, and thank you.

The central location made it easy to walk all around Berat, and the rooms were perfectly clean. Hana and her son Nedim looked after us unbelievably well and were the sweetest hosts we've ever had. The air conditioning was easily the best I've experienced in Europe. Hana also prepared breakfast whenever we asked, including fruit and jams made from things in her garden. Nedim was great to talk with about history, Berat, and the surrounding area. And the fresh figs were especially good. Highly recommended, thanks.

A quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to the center, made this a really convenient location. The traditional breakfast was tasty, and both the staff and the room made a very good impression. The room was extremely clean, with beds that were genuinely comfortable. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

The host made us feel very welcome and was so helpful, even suggesting a good restaurant nearby. Our room stayed cool and dark in the morning, which isn't easy to find in Albania, and it was comfortable as well. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Berat.
